Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza

When it comes to sharing recipes on this blog, I like to make sure that they possess a few things. 1) That they’ll be great for kids 2) They they’re delicious and yummy 3) That they’re fun to make with the kids 4) They they’re cool to make for a gathering or a party 5) That (if possible) they’re reasonable to make. Since my daughter is big into playing in the kitchen, I get super excited when I can make anything with her. She’s so sweet and loves to wear an apron and play chef! I love that she gets so into it and really seems excited about anything in the kitchen!
So what do you need to make the Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza?
Ingredients:
1 roll, 16.5 oz, sugar cookie dough
1 package, 8 oz, cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup fresh blueberries, washed
3/4 cup fresh blackberries, washed
6-9 fresh strawberries, washed, stems removed and quartered
1/3 cup hot fudge
This is what I personally love about the ingredients above, you can mix and match the fruit around. Don’t feel like you need to be married to these specific ones. If you don’t like blueberries, don’t use them! If you want to just have strawberries, just have those! You can have fun and be creative on this one! My son LOVES watermelon and though I feel like it would be a little yucky on this, I feel like he’d STILL eat it! So see! You never, ever know! I love that this allows you to have some food creative freedom to just make something you want!
To make this Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza, it’s easy! I promise! You don’t need any additional skills, just follow the directions below and you’ll nail it out of the park!  This is such a fun one!!
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 and line a 12″ pizza pan with foil. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Break apart dough and press into pan with your hands. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely.

Life crust from pan by picking up foil. Remove the foil and place back into the pan or onto a large cutting board or serving platter. Set aside.
Cookie Crust Dessert
In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat well until smooth and evenly mixed. Spread onto top of crust, keeping about 1″ from the edges. This is also an “icing” you want to try on other things, too! Wait till you taste how good it is! You will be in a food coma!
Dessert recipe for parties
I’m telling you – I just want to take a big bite! Looks so good, right!? The icing on top is my personal fave part! I think it’s great because it’s yummy to sneak some licks here and there!!
Sugar Cookie Pizza
Top with fresh fruit as desired – again – decide what fruits you want and go with it.

Heat hot fudge according to package directions and drizzle on top of pizza.

You can also place hot fudge into a resealable sandwich bag and snip the end. Then drizzle on top of the pizza. This is an easy way to get it done and you will love it!
Pizza Pie Dessert
Cut into 10 slices and enjoy.  Serves 10. I’m telling you right now this is a people pleaser! You will get tons of complements on this one and you’ll want to share the recipe with everyone! You get to decide if you want to! Wink! Wink!
So what do you think!? Looks amazing, right!? I’m telling you – we tried this recipe for my son Ben’s birthday this week and we fell in love with it! It was sweet. It was light. It was just delicious! We had such a great time making it and decided that this will be a new family staple. We’re all about trying to find some really easy things to add into our routine and this one is it! I also love that you can drizzle some chocolate sauce on top, which you also could drizzle some caramel, too. Again – I can’t stress this enough – don’t be afraid to have a little fun with it, too! Really try your best to make it your own!
Also – this serves 10 – but you can easily cut this anyway you want to! I suggest making the slices a little thin, but if you want (like my sons wanted me to) just make the slices thick – you can! It’s a great way to do it! I personally love that you just make it how you want to make it! It’s that kinda awesome!
I hope you like this Sugar Cookie Fruit Pizza! It’s a family fave for us!
If you’re looking for some additional recipes, try a no bake one! I shared the other day a fantastic No Bake Protein Bite recipe that is healthy and yummy! I kinda love anything that doesn’t require an oven, too! The easier, the better for me!
Want to find an easy breakfast recipe? With 5 kids I love anything that you can tweak and have some fun with! I love these breakfast quesadillas because it’s a recipe that you can add in things that you want to add on in! Want to add ham? Bring it on! Want to add bacon? Bring it on! Want to add extra extra cheese? Bring it on!
Also – I’m going to be sharing some food videos on my YouTube channel, too!! So feel free to head on over and check it out!! I would love a new subscriber!!

This is one of my all-time favorite desserts! You can use a variety of fruits and I prefer to use frosting without cream cheese as the spread.
