Kennedy Space Center Launch #SedonaFamily

If you’re looking for an incredible thing to do while visiting Orlando, FL, I highly recommend visiting the Kennedy Space Center. We went for the first time with the kids last week while we were there with Kia and we LOVED it! My sons – ages 11, 10, 9 and 8 – soaked up the knowledge and the learning like little sponges. It was the best way to bridge together fun and learning. We traveled to the Kennedy Space Center Launch!

Kennedy Space Center Launch

Kennedy Space Center Launch offers a fascinating, behind-the-scenes look at the space program. At Kennedy Space Center, get up close to space shuttle Atlantis, go beyond NASA’s gates or see a rocket launch, all just one hour from Orlando. We had the time of our life walking around and exploring and seeing and being able to be so close to everything! It was just so much fun and the boys couldn’t get over it! I feel like this is a true hidden gem!

Kennedy Space Center Launch

We were one of the first to experience Space Shuttle Atlantis close only at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. We toured NASA’s launch headquarters and see Space Shuttle Launch Pads from a four-story Observation Gantry. Walk beneath a massive Saturn V moon rocket and relive Neil Armstrong’s first steps on the moon. Experience a zany “Mad Mission to Mars” meet a real Astronaut, stroll through the Rocket Garden, and enjoy five-story IMAX space films.

We did it all! ♥

Incredible day! Tickets are available for purchase online and at the visitor complex. I would highly suggest planning a full day around visiting the Kennedy Space Center Launch. I think it’s a phenomenal trip and so much fun for kids of all ages! Hope you like our video of the event! Any questions! Let me know!

While you’re in Orlando – visit Universal Studios!
