Grilling Up Niman Ranch Beef Franks (OMG, so good!)

With 7 people in our family, one of the easiest (and quickest) summer night meals is franks (hot dogs) on the grill. It’s easy to fire the grill. It’s easy to toss some franks down. It’s easy to grill them UP. And it’s easy to serve them. It’s a win-win for our family.

We love being able to try new franks whenever we can, so as soon as our Perdue Farms box arrived on Friday night (5/29), we saw that they sent along Niman Ranch Beef Franks. We knew we needed to try them ASAP, so the next night – we did!

What I loved immediately about the Niman Ranch Beef Franks was that they’re great for outdoor grilling. Not to mention (as it says right on the package) they take the classic hot dog to new heights by combining their award winning beef and pork and a variety of spices.

What comes to be? Amazing-ness.

I actually don’t even know how else to describe it.

But we always like to take a beef frank to the next level by (literally) leveling it up a bit. My husband is a foodie, so he loves to add extra flavors (and he’s good at it, so I let him!). He decided to split the beef franks down the middle and add some delicious American cheese.

I mean, if you’re a cheese lover… you’ll be all over this option right here. The cheese fits in beautifully and just melts right in. It’s one of the yummiest ways to eat a beef frank!

Once the beef franks are grilled up enough with the appropriate cheese melt in progress, we take them off the grill and plate them to be eaten! Now we’re that family that doesn’t just do your basic ketchup and mustard. We love to level it up even more!

My husband’s company makes a Sweet Pepper Relish, so we layer it right on top of the cheese and then from there we add our homemade ketchup and mustard. The bite is like no bite you’ve ever had before.

All I can say is that if you’re going to indulge on a beef frank, make it the best you can! What I love about adding all of these yummy toppings on top is that you’re getting a medley of tastes in one bite. It’s sweet and spicy and cheesy all at once. I’m telling you, it’s INSANELY AMAZING.

Let me tell you a little more about the main attraction of this deliciousness… the beef frank. What I love about Niman Ranch Beef Franks is that they:

  • Gluten Free
  • No Fillers or By-Products
  • No Antibiotics Ever
  • No Added Hormones Ever
  • All-Vegetarian Feeds
  • Certified Humane

These are all important facts about Niman Ranch that I not only love to see, but look to see. I appreciate that they take the time to care about what they’re serving their customers. I spent time at Perdue Farms back in September and was just beyond impressed with the amount of passion and dedication that goes into bringing customers the best.

It’s obvious that Niman Ranch feels the exact way and it’s no wonder they’re part of the Perdue Farms family.

The good news is that you can order Perdue Farms Beef Franks and have them delivered right if your door! It’s that kind of easy. Place your order and forget about it, it will come to YOU!

  1. These look tasty!! And that pepper relish sounds really good. I love some chopped onions and mustard on my hot dogs!

  2. My SO is big on franks, and the ingredient list looks so much better on this! I love mine with savory toppings – chopped or caramelized onions, dill relish, plus ketchup & mustard. Mmmm!

  3. I haven’t seen this brand here but they sound really good. I love the cheese in the middle idea!
