Santa By Appointment at the Simon Malls in New England
I’ll never forget visiting Santa with the 5 kids 2 years ago at our local mall. Victoria was 2 years old and (literally) a ball of energy… as were her 4 older brothers at that time, too! Since getting a photo with Santa is a holiday tradition, I knew we had to wait in the 45 minute line. Coming back later wasn’t an option. They were dressed perfectly and all matched. Their hair was done. They had their Santa lists. This WAS happening. I’m not kidding, after we waited in the 45 minute line and finally getting our photo with Santa it felt as if I had run a marathon. I was sweating, exhausted and just wiped out! Santa was great, but it wasn’t easy trying to keep the 5 kids entertained and occupied while we waited.
Well, thankfully this year we don’t have to do that… thanks to Simon Malls!
They have Santa By Appointment through Christmas Eve in their New England locations:
- Auburn Mall – Auburn, MA
- Burlington Mall – Burlington, MA
- Cape Cod Mall – Hyannis, MA
- Crystal Mall – Waterford, CT
- Emerald Square Mall — North Attleboro, MA
- Northshore Mall – Peabody, MA
- Pheasant Lane Mall – Nashua, NH
- Solomon Pond Mall – Marlborough, MA
- South Shore Plaza – Braintree, MA
- Square One Mall – Saugus, MA
- The Mall at Fox Run – Newington, NH
- The Mall at Rockingham Park – Salem, NH
- The Mall of New Hampshire – Manchester, NH
- The Shops at Chestnut Hill – Chestnut Hill, MA
Talk about the easiest and most convenient way to meet Santa, especially during peak hours – which is usually in the afternoon or in the evening. I took Victoria earlier this week on a holiday Mommy and Me shopping day and got to experience Santa By Appointment up close and personal, it was amazingly a holiday breeze!
I went to SimonSanta.com and made an appointment the day before once I knew what time I needed with her… and viola! You enter your zip, what location you prefer and what time you would like… just like that you’re booked!
When we showed up at South Shore Plaza, it was so easy! We just walked right to the gorgeous holiday display where Santa is ready for photos and found the Reservation spot!
It was awesome to not have to wait at all because if you know my daughter, you know she never stands still!
And then we had our special Mommy and Me moment with Santa! She asked for 3 things:
- Barbie Dream House
- American Girl Pony
- Skye Stuffed Animal
Afterwards we got to look at a few options and decide what photo we wanted and what package! They really do make it very simple and seamless for you!
And then off we went to enjoy a full day at South Shore Plaza of shopping and shopping and a little bit of delicious eating in there, too! 🙂
Also, if you’re a lover of the South Shore Plaza, they have an incredible Giving Tree going on, too!
