Home Depot Workshops

Have you ever been to any of the Home Depot Workshops? They are absolutely spectacular. They are jam packed full of important information and new ways to learn. I first attended Home Depot Workshops with my husband years ago because I really wanted to learn how to actually do things at home on our own without paying someone to do it!

Home Depot Workshops

The Home Depot Do-It-Herself Workshops are incredible to attend because:
1. You learn some amazing things
2. You create some amazing projects
3. You leave feeling amazingly empowered (can you say, POWER TOOLS!)

I’m all about doing things myself at home, especially with us planning to sell our house. When it comes to do-it-myself home projects – I’ve gotten better and better throughout the last few months after attending some Do-It-Herself Workshops. I used to be much different. If there was a power tool, I stayed away. If there was nail and hammer, I stayed away. If there were instructions on how to install ANYTHING, I stayed away.

Thanks to Home Depot, all that can changed for me (and my husband is thrilled!).

Home Depot Workshops in San Francisco

I had the fun opportunity (for the 3rd time joining this crew!) to head to San Francisco on Thursday to attend one of The Home Depot’s Do-It-Herself Workshops with radio personality, Deliliah!

Home Depot Workshops

We shot some fun videos together and also got to participate in the fun night with all the ladies who attended in the area! It was just (as always) a blast! She is one of the kindest and most caring people I’ve ever met. One thing I didn’t realize was just how much of an expert Delilah is on the DIHer front! She’s truly a lover of DIY and does it all the time for herself at home and has attended Home Depot Workshops – which I thought was flipping amazing!!

Home Depot Workshops

We made Jewelry Organizers the other night, which were super fun because what lady couldn’t use a fabulous organizer for their accessories? Just fabulous!

Home Depot Workshops

Check out Delilah working me through the Jewelry Organizer and why it’s so much fun for you to take part in the monthly Home Depot Workshops – don’t forget they’re the Do-It-Herself ones!

Home Depot Workshops

I also got to share the night with some INCREDIBLE local bloggers, too!

Home Depot Workshops

The Home Depot’s Do-It-Herself Workshops are just really empowering and something every woman should try to check out (3rd Thursday of EVERY month). If you’ve never been to one, I’m telling you – you gotta go!

Info on Home Depot Workshops

This is why I love the Do-It-Herself Workshops so much:

  1. They’re FREE
  2. They’re non-intimidating. You truly get one-on-one help and it’s a wonderful way to learn.
  3. You can come with your girlfriends and have a wonderful night!
  4. They’re empowering! I love that when you leave one of the Workshops, you leave armed with knowledge!

I loved seeing the excitement from everyone!

Home Depot Workshops

Not to mention, the moms who brought along their little ones for extra help! So awesome to see!

Home Depot Workshops

I just adore these nights!

Thanks so much to The Network Niche and The Home Depot for including me! I love being part of these so much!

Disclosure: This was a partnership with The Network Niche.

That looks like it was an awesome time. I went to a Home Depot DIY workshop a couple of years back, and it was a lot of fun.

I don’t shy away from fixing things but I do need to learn more about it. Right now my dad comes over to fix everything and that’s not going to work forever. These is a great workshop idea. I hope my local Hope Depot does this.

Oh my goodness, how super-cool My Hubby is a contractor and I tend to leave everything up to him, but I have to admit it would be so cool to learn tools and how to make things myself. I love that Home Depot offers these classes.
