Every Easter morning the (ahem) Easter Bunny hides baskets for the kids. It’s been our tradition since William was 6 months old. The Easter Bunny actually hid it and I hunted like crazy for it with baby William. It was a lot of fun getting into the spirit of Easter 12 years ago! Now that time has passed and my babies are now “bigger” kids, Easter has taken on a completely different kind of magic. The boys know what to expect, which is fun… and Victoria really revels in the wonder of it all! It’s a fun holiday and it’s one I cherish with my family.
This year we were in Pittsburgh with my husband’s family, so we took had some fun hiding (I mean helping the Easter Bunny) hide some baskets! The best is seeing them all get SO EXCITED about hunting them down. There’s always the… who will find it first… followed by what did we get!
This year – I have to say – I think we (I mean the Easter Bunny) nailed it!
And… I have to say, I nailed it with the shades of blue this holiday, too!
Check out my brood…
I hope you all had a beautiful Easter holiday!
