If you know me in “real life,” you know I’m absolutely MAD FOR PLAID.

It’s actually a joke that Vera (my bestie) loves to needle me with because I’m ALWAYS in plaid. It’s just a pattern I love, I wear and I think is super classic and elegant.

So… when it comes to holiday dressing, you bet your bottom dollar I’m going to try and fit the PLAID in! And yes, not just for me – for my daughter, too! I partnered with ModCloth this season to show off some of their adorable Mommy + Me looks and styles! Since I love dressing Victoria in styles that are similar to mine (because WHY NOT?), I knew this project would be a perfect fit for me!

So how did ModCloth score some adorable mini me dresses?

ModCloth launched a capsule collection designed exclusively for little girls who love to dazzle. This festive selection of seven vintage-inspired holiday dresses in sizes 2T to 8Y is the outcome of a special collaboration between ModCloth and Who’s Little?, a children’s clothing company that shares our retro-chic sense of style, as well as our belief that empowering little girls is just as important as making them shine.

I’m ALL ABOUT THIS COLLABORATION! I’m a huge ModCloth fan and now a HIGE fan of Who’s Little!

As you can guess… on this one, we were ALL about the PLAID! I dressed us up in our PLAID best for a fabulous day touring Blithewold Mansion.

I had so many people contact me after I posted this photo on Facebook and Instagram asking me where I got it!

So yes, ModCloth! It’s their Heartfelt Invitation A-Line Dress and it’s comfortable, elegant and sweet all at the same time! I paired it with a little denim jacket because it’s SUPER COLD in New England right now. I wanted to stay away from the standard little black blazer, I thought this was cuter!

On Victoria is the Plaid To Be Here Dress in a size 3T. It is sweet and fit for a princess! The tulle layer in front made her so happy, like she was truly a Disney Princess!
