As you know, I’m “slightly” obsessed with cabi.
Well… 3 big reasons:
1. Their clothing is EXCEPTIONAL! Stylish. Incredible quality. On-trend.
2. The business opportunity of being a stylist and having your own cabi team. The support that you get from each other at cabi is just phenomenal.
3. The Heart of cabi Foundation. Their mission is to encourage and empower women in need. They are extremely passionate about serving and investing in women across the globe.
The beauty of cabi is truly …
It’s the coming together of women. It’s the excitement.
It’s the support and the love you’re getting from women doing the same thing as you.
It’s the drive you get from being your own business owner and being inspired by others around you.
When I was invited to visit cabi Headquarters in LA I jumped at the chance!
So off to the #cabiBloggerDay at the cabi Home Office in Los Angeles, where I had the awesome opportunity to meet the team behind the fashion brand, and get a sneak peek of their Spring 2017 Collection with other bloggers (who have now become friends!)!
It’s always fun when you get to kick off the day with a champagne toast!
The day was filled with cabi fun! Breakfast with cabi’s President – the inspirational, Kimberly Inskeep – and CEO – dynamo, Lynne Cote, along with the always-fabulous Katie Malone, VP of Marketing!! It was incredible to get this one on one time and enjoy a morning meeting and see what cabi means to each lady. I’m always blown away by the true passion behind cabi and the drive and determination to keep growing and make it more and more successful and impactful.
And then onto meet up with Becky and Kat… 2 ladies who every single cabi girl knows EXTREMELY well! Kat Woodside is the Chief Design Officer and Becky Jantzen is the Style Director. These 2 ladies gave us a HUGE inside peek at Spring 2017 and it IN-CRED-IBLE! I mean, INCREDIBLE! These 2 ladies are full of energy and life and love for fashion and cabi, their enthusiasm was CONTAGIOUS to be around! (Wait till you see the full spring line – HOLY MOLY BATMAN)
From Becky and Kat, off to chat with Amy Taylor, the Director of the Heart of cabi Foundation. It was so special to hear and then get to see a video of what cabi does in terms of giving back. It’s just absolutely extraordinary.
Their mission? It’s pretty amazing.
Our mission is to encourage and empower women in need. From distributing clothing to U.S. communities affected by natural disasters to empowering women entrepreneurs in the developing world to work their way out of poverty, we are passionate about serving and investing in women across the globe.
I was so taken by everything Amy chatted about and while we watched video footage of a recent trip to see one of the lady’s who has been impacted by Heart of cabi Foundation, I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house. It’s wonderful to see a company doing GOOD in the world with their growth and success. It’s the way it should be and it was just awesome to see up close and personal.
Lunch was cabi incredible, too! I mean… you can’t go wrong with treats and delights with a room full of ladies (oh – and champagne!)
After lunch we had a HUGE special treat!
We got to have our own cabi experience! If you’ve ever been to a cabi experience, you know how much fun and special they are! There’s laughter! There’s fun! There’s FASHION! There’s so much excitement going on and it’s the type of experience you want to have again and again and again. Hannah Tomlin ROCKED a special experience for us and she just did amazing!!!!!!! She’s the kind of stylist you want for your party!!!
We got to listen to Daniele Trussardi, Executive Creative Director, bring us through the spring 2017 creative… it was AMAZING to see all the work that goes into each campaign. The work. The passion. The skill. Daniele is just phenomenal!
But the coolest part of the day… AHHHHH!!!!!…. a photo shoot with Daniele Trussardi DIRECTING!!!!!!!!!!!!
I mean, perfect way to end the INCREDIBLE DAY!
I went in a cabi fan… I left a true cabi girl.
Thank you to cabi for opening your doors and giving us a peek at your extraordinary company! It was a incredible day!
I created a little video of the day, too!
