Post Game Recovery Drink? Say Hello to — Chocolate Milk!

We have a routine before swim practice and swim meet – we ALWAYS stock up on chocolate milk as a recovery drink. Always. It started off as one of those things where my sons said, “REALLY!? We get to drink Chocolate Milk after we swim?”
