Summer is all about bright and bold colors! There’s nothing I love more than an outfit that exudes fun! For me, it’s all about finding looks that make me smile. As soon as I saw this Floral Print Dress, I loved it. One of my girlfriend’s had it on at an event that I was at and I NEEDED it! I immediately asked her where she got it, “J.Crew Factory!” That VERY night I went online and scooped it up! I think I’ve worn Floral Print Dress a dozen times in the last month! It’s the perfect dress for heels, flip flops or strappy sandals! I absolutely adore it! It’s comfy and it’s the kind of look you can really wear anywhere! One of my friend’s borrowed it to wear to a wedding last week! I just think it’s fashion important to make sure you have items that you can wear again and again. I love wearing something a dozen times because I feel like I’m getting my money’s worth!
If you take this simple Floral Print Dress from J.Crew Factory – what I love about it is that I could easily wear this with a blazer to dress it up even more. Or I could wear it with flip flops to the beach. I’m all about the florals because I feel like it’s a beautiful trend. It’s a trend that really does embody the spring and summer. And I’m going to go out on a limb here, but I do feel like it’s the kind of trend – floral trend for the summer – that will never go out of style. Florals are timeless and classic.

Today I’m heading to our local CBS news to shoot a segment for The Rhode Show! I wanted something summery looking, so I grabbed my fave dress and jetted out! I also am OBSESSED with my new Brahmin bag – the Southcoast Collection is everything! I bought this as a little birthday gift to myself! I think that when you feel great, you will give off the confidence that you feel. I’m all about feeling an emotional connection to the clothing I have on. I love to feel beautiful in my clothes!
And – of course – I live in espadrille heels in the summer! Grabbed my green ones and I’m off and running! I’m not kidding, I got these at TARGET for like $24.99! I love these! I wear them all the time and people always think I bought them somewhere super expensive. Hey! It’s all how you wear something! If it looks classic and timeless and elegant, then super score on the amazing price for the shoes!
