Snuggy Baby Wrap Instructions

Snuggy Baby Hybrid Stretch Wrap is one of my favorite of all time. It’s cozy and comfy for baby and cozy and comfy for me. Snuggy Baby Wrap Instructions are what you need to learn and know about this wrap. I’m thrilled to share my experience with the Snuggy Baby Wrap Instructions.

From the moment he was born, my little Brian has been a total mama’s boy. He loves hugging me, snuggling with me, holding my hand – you name it, as long as he is close to me. And I absolutely love it!

As I’m sure is the case with many moms expecting their second child, as I am, I wondered how Brian would handle having to share my attention – and my arms – with a new baby sibling.

Enter the Snuggy Baby Hybrid Stretch Wrap.

I heard from Snuggy Baby a few weeks ago, asking if I’d be interested in doing a review for the blog. I jumped at the chance, especially upon learning that the wrap would be supportive enough to do a back carry with 2-year-old Brian, even with me being pregnant. I figured it would give both me and Brian a chance to get used to it before the arrival of baby Eve, due in May. And it would also be easier than carrying him in my arms, trying to position him in a way that doesn’t interfere with my ever-growing bump!

As soon as my Hybrid Stretch Wrap arrived, I knew I was in love. First of all, I loved the design – I chose the Rainbow Chevron, and it’s so fun and vibrant. And I also loved the feel of the soft but strong 100% cotton knit fabric, which is specially designed to be both comfortable and supportive.

I had used another baby carrier when Brian was very little, but I never had much instruction with it, so as he grew I wasn’t as confident as I wanted to be with it. Eventually, I just kind of gave up on wearing him.  But as I mentioned before, knowing I have another baby on the way, and a toddler who loves to be held, I figured it was time to get back into the babywearing game.

Snuggy Baby Wrap Instructions – Tutorial

Snuggy Baby has extremely helpful instructional videos on a DVD, and also right on the website. So whether you buy a ring sling or a wrap (or cloth diapers!) from them, you’ll have plenty of guidance on all different kinds of carrying positions.

Since my belly takes up a lot of space right now, I was interested in a back carry for Brian. I had my husband help me with the wrap as we watched the instructional video so we could be sure Brian was safe in case we needed to troubleshoot as we wrapped him up. Brian is a pretty solid 28 lbs., so my husband asked me, “This is really going to hold him!?” I assured him it would – in fact, Snuggy Baby wraps are designed to hold a child up to 35 lbs.

It didn’t take long for us to get Brian in place. He actually felt super light and comfortable on my back – and I could tell he felt very cozy and secure.

With Brian on my back, my hands are totally free and my bump is not in the way of me holding him. It’s like a whole new world! I can do work around the kitchen with both hands instead of one. And once the new baby comes, I’ll be able to tend to her while still keeping Brian close to me.

I’m getting much more comfortable with my ability to get Brian in the wrap by myself. There’s a bit of a learning curve with a back carry, so I still like to have my husband nearby in case I need help, but it has only been a couple of weeks, so I know I’ll get to pro status in no time! Plus, Brian loves being in the wrap, so he doesn’t even squirm while I’m getting him positioned correctly.

Snuggy Baby Wrap Instructions REMEMBER are easy

I’m totally psyched about this wrap, and I’m excited that I’ll be able to use it as a front wrap with Eve, too, once she arrives.

OMGosh I need this in my life! Life with a newborn and an 8 year old isn’t as easy as one would think. I’d love to try baby wearing so I would choose the sling.

I really want to build a cloth diaper collection! I’d love to start cloth diapering my LO. And probably some wet bags…because they’re awesome!

I would get a hybrid wrap to keep my toddler close while out and about with my older children. They love visiting parks, the zoo, museums, etc, but it’s hard to meet their “big kid” needs there with a loose toddler or a bulky stroller!

I love the wrap, but have many, so I would prefer the diapers or wet bags. But any of these options would be fantastic!

I’d love to get a ring sling for my sister, she’s expecting her rainbow baby next month. I’m thinking the Rainbow Chevron Prestige Ring Sling, but I’d let her choose.
