Ever since I realized there was a “thing” called the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique at Disney, I wanted to go.

Now… please realize this, this was WAY BEFORE I had Victoria! I remember my sister-in-law telling me all about the experience with my niece Madison and I was just in LOVE with the idea of it all. A true magical beauty salon where any little girl can make her dream of becoming a princess come true. Priceless. Just priceless.

As soon as we were officially booked and ready to take Victoria to Disney World as part of the Disney Social Media Moms Conference, I called the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique to book an appointment. As I was giving them all of Victoria’s information and I was gushing over my excitement of it all, the woman asked me Victoria’s age, to which I responded, “She’ll be 22 months.” The woman on the other end of the phone – as best as she could – needed to break the news to me. You need to be 3 years old.

But… she recommended to me immediately an amazing other option. She asked me if I had ever heard of the Harmony Barbershop at Disney World (I hadn’t!).

She then went on to tell me that the stylists there can do haircuts, ponytails, pigtails on little girls… all with added pixie dust at the Barbershop! I booked it ASAP and even got the extra special, “My 1st Haircut!” FOR ONLY $25… they cut your child’s hair, give you a keepsake for the first snips, give you Mickey Ears that say “My 1st Haircut”, do a style (we chose pigtails) and add pixie dust! I couldn’t get over the amazing package and price!

Victoria’s 1st haircut was at Disney World!! How special and magical!! If you’re heading there with your little one, I strongly suggest trying this out, it was fabulous!

She laughed. She cried. She smiled. She was everything.

It was perfect.

The best part was showing off her pixie dust in her piggy tails after the haircut!
