I’ve been keeping up with my 28 Days of Red! Since Heart Month is near and dear to my heart, I’ve always loved to do something to raise awareness as best as I can through February. Wearing red might seem like something small to do, but it’s a reminder to me each day – and it’s also something I love spreading the word about. It really means something to me.

Today, DAY 5, is all about my KISSABLE SCARF!

I got this scarf last year at T.J.Maxx for Valentine’s Day. I’ve worn it a few times throughout the last year, but February always seems like the most appropriate time to wear it! Actually, want to hear something funny? When I went to put it on, I realized that the tag was still on it! I don’t know how I didn’t notice before, so crazy – I guess I was in the “newborn” daze last February with my Victoria.

Here’s my Outfit for the Day: I opted for a Denim Dress, one of my favorite! Everyone should have a denim dress, it’s the easiest item to dress up and dress down. I pair mine with a belt and always a fun pair of shoes. My riding boots are my go-to in the winter. I’m only 5 feet, so they don’t give me much height… but that doesn’t matter in this cold and snow.

And – of course – my kiss scarf.

Fashion Advice for the Day:

– If you don’t have a denim dress, a shirt dress is always a wonderful option, too! I love a good shirt dress because it’s the kind of silhouette that works for any body because you can wear it loose or you can pull it tighter with a belt around the waist. I love and appreciate clothing that really turns it up for people, well – mamas!
