How to wear a Plaid Shirt:

Outfit 1: For a night out with the girls or a date night try pairing a plaid shirt with a skater skirt. Dress up your outfit with a pair of leather booties and a printed clutch. I love plaid and leopard so I would recommend a leopard bag if you can find one you love. Outfit 2: Next try pairing a plaid shirt with a pair of boyfriend jeans. When it comes to boyfriend jeans its tricky to find a pair that you like best, I know it did for me, you want that relaxed fit but not where it looks like they are literally too big for you. I recently found a great pair from Abercrombie. Pair this outfit with casual booties and finish off with a leather jacket. Once again the plaid shirt is from Abercrombie as well as the boyfriend jeans, the shoes are from Steve Madden and the leather jacket is from Nordstrom. Pair this outfit with an everyday bag which makes it a stylish and comfortable outfit for running errands.

Outfit 3: For a day of running around or a casual day at work, wear a plaid shirt with a pair of leather leggings to keep that comfortable feel. Try a over-sized sweater to complete the look. You can pull the plaid shirt sleeves down and cuff them over the sweater if you like or just leave the sweater over the sleeves. (It makes the outfit have a preppier edge) Finish off the outfit with a pair of flats, once again you can absolutely pair leopard or go for a pair of plain black or brushed gold flats.
