What’s in Your Gym Bag?
I like to keep my gym bag fully stocked—just in case I need to go somewhere right after I finish a workout. Even though that’s usually not the case, I’m ready! In my bag you will also find items that I might need/want during a workout, like an extra water or post workout snack. Here are some ideas for what to store in your workout bag:
Cleansing cloths- these are great if you don’t have time to take a quick shower!
Trial size deodorant- enough said!
Extra pair of socks – I have forgotten socks so many times! 🙂
Post workout snack – think apple, energy bar, etc.
Bottle of water
Extra set of headphones for exercise equipment
