Pork Loin Roast Slow Cooker

There is something about the fall that just makes me crave slow-cooked, savory meals. I love coming in from the brisk outdoors into a warm home that smells amazing! Be it a fresh made soup or a roasting chicken, it soothes the soul. I grabbed a pork roast this week while at the market. I love to slow-cook a roast and have it just fall apart on the plate and melt in my mouth. So good! I tried something new this time, and it came out rather well. Now, I’m not one for barbecue sauce so I opted for chicken stock and white wine instead. You can’t go wrong with wine, right?

Pork Loin Roast Slow Cooker – What You Need

I mean – it’s like fall on your feet amazing. Pork Loin Roast Slow Cooker is a must try (right now in my life) kinda recipe!

The best thing about this recipe is “set it and forget it.” Put the onions, apples, and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the roast on top. Salt and pepper the roast. Add the chicken stock and white wine. Let it cook on low for 7 hours. No peeking. Leave it alone.
