Fitness Challenge for September: Wall Sit Challenge

It’s SEPTEMBER 1st!

I kicked off this morning with a 2.62 mile run. It KILLED me, but I still kept going and got it in. Throughout the summer I have been horrible keeping up with my fitness goals. Now that fall is here and the kids are in school, I’m committing to myself to keep myself going with the fitness stuff. My body needs it. My mind needs it. My soul needs it.

My girl Nadia and I have the site Live Love Shape, we’re going to amp it up more throughout the fall!
