One of the things that I love is how fashionable workout gear has gotten over the last few years. I love to run and workout, but I also like to feel and look good in the workout clothes I am wearing! Here are some of my favorite pieces of running/workout gear!
Skirt Sports Skirts— These skirts are SO comfortable and come in an amazing variety of styles and prints. They have running skirts, cycling skirts, and just about any style of skirt you would want. My new favorite is the Cougar skirt (I have it in purple/snake charmer).
Sparkly Soul Headbands— I love these headbands for keeping the annoying flyaways out of your face when you’re working out! They stay put, even while running, and come in so many different colors! I even wear them when I’m not working out.
rel=”nofollow”Lululemon Run: Swiftly Racerback Tank— Lululemon tanks are great for running and working out. Things I love about them: they stay put, they are long enough not to ride up, they are anti-stink with Silverescent® technology, and they are super cute. Lulu always changes up their colors and patterns so if you love a piece, you can build a stash of them!
Feetures Socks— I LOVE the bright colors of these socks for working out. They are super comfy, and the bright designs motivate me and my feet to get out the door and work out!
Scott James Jewelry— If you are passionate about your sport (like me!), why not add a little bling to your workout ensemble? Scott James jewelry has beautiful running, cycling, and custom charms that you can wear on your necklace.

I am a thirty-something mother runner to three crazy (but very lovable) young boys and a lazy greyhound, living the beach life on Cape Cod.I was once asked whether I run to keep up with the boys or to run away, and I guess I would say it’s a little of both!
