It’s National Sunglasses Day!

I love that there is such a thing called SUNGLASSES DAY! That’s so cool, right!?

Considering the sun is shining like CRAZY right now, my sunglasses have been my go-to, must-have accessory ALL DAY LONG.

Today I wanted to acknowledge one of my fave sunglasses companies for myself and my whole family – Foster Grant!

Foster Grant is the largest and first sunglasses company in the country. Sam Foster sold the first pair of sunglasses along the Atlantic City Boardwalk in 1929. Then in the ‘60s, the “Who’s That Behind Those Foster Grants?” ad campaign, featuring celebs like Vanessa Redgrave, Raquel Welch, Mia Farrow, Elke Sommer, Anthony Quinn and Peter Sellers, launched the shades to fame. Even Elvis, the King himself was rarely seen without his Foster Grants. Foster Grant has a fresh face this year with the beautiful Brooke Shields.
