My Fitness Pact to Myself

I have been working out consistently since March 9th.

It hasn’t been easy making sure I get it in every single day, but I’ve been vigilant with it.

We have a treadmill in our basement, so it’s been good for me to go down there and USE it for 30 minutes every day. Believe it or not, in just 2 weeks, I’m seeing results.

I’m not going balls to the wall crazy… I’ve been there and I’ve done that, I just want to keep myself healthy and physical.

I’ve made this fitness pact with myself. I want to wear a bathing suit this summer and I don’t want to be embarrassed or sucking in my stomach the whole time I’m at the pool. The easiest way to keep yourself going is when you actually see pounds slipping away and your body toning up. It gives me hope and gives me drive.

I’m going to be sharing my workouts on my site. I’m not a trainer by ANY stretch. I’m just a mom, trying to keep myself healthy and accountable.

Here’s my walking workout:

ALL WALKING ON THE TREADMILL (No running yet)

5 minutes 3.5 pace
10 minutes 3.7 pace
10 minutes 3.9 pace
5 minutes 4.0 pace

I’ve kept the incline at 1.5.
