Disney Junior’s Doc McStuffins NEW Episodes are ON!!

My son Henry’s favorite show in the morning is Doc McStuffins. Every morning at 10AM, he’s in front of the TV with his glass of milk watching an episode. The cutest thing is when we bring him to afternoon kindergarten, he stands with some of his friends talking about the latest episode. It’s adorable.

I personally love Doc McStuffins because each episode teaches a wonderful lesson. Henry’s learning while he watches, and I love and appreciate that in a TV show for kids. Not to mention, Doc McStuffins shows kids the beauty of helping each other and I think that’s just an incredible lesson for kids to see all the time.

On Friday morning, Henry woke up and told me a new episode was going to be on for Doc McStuffins. He counted down the time all morning until 10AM… he even asked if I could put his baby sister next to the TV with him so she could watch it, too.

We did… (she’s in her swing)…

The Sept 6th episode was a cute one… in total Doc McStuffins style, she’s helping people. What I personally loved about this episode was Doc fixing the Big Jack in the Jack-in-the-Box. It was cute to see the relationship between Little Jack and Big Jack and see Doc come in and help out. She fixed Big Jack, but at the same time, Little Jack saw that he can go out and do something on his own. I loved how they honed in on a father/son relationship. It was a cute message and a wonderful episode for my son to see.

My son Henry is VERY close to my husband, and when my husband got sick a year and a half ago, we had to rely on doctors to “fix him up,” so I know this episode really hit home for Henry. As we were watching the episode, I told Henry that Little Jack wanted his “Pop” better just like he wanted Daddy better and that doctors have a great responsibility to help out and do what they can to make someone feel better. I loved that Little Jack went on to do the juggling act on his own and made Big Jack proud. I just can’t say enough about this episode, I loved it.

What I love that Henry gets to see is that Doc McStuffins makes people feel good when they’re sick or hurt, and it shows him not to be scared to go to the doctor because he gets to see that doctors are “real” people, too. Doc shows that visiting the doctor can be fun and it’s the perfect way to make sure you’re healthy!

And just in time for those back-to-school checkups and keeping kids healthy during cold season, Doc’s got plenty of tips to make it easier on you…

So make an appointment to check-out all-new episodes of Doc McStuffins every Friday on Disney Junior! She’s got all-new friends, and new wheels with The Doc Mobile, so she can help toys on-the-go!

Believe me, Henry will be there every morning! 🙂
