Yogurtland – a very, very good find!

Yogurtland – a very good find!

This is NOT a sponsored post, but rather a fun and delicious find. I love these!

Last Saturday afternoon, during a break from the New England Long Course Swim Championships at Harvard (where 3 of my grandkids were competing), my husband Barry and our son Keith and his family took a nice stroll to Harvard Square, Boston. It was jumping with activity… pleasantly crowded with happy people on a beautiful summer day.

One noticeable thing in particular were the pink & green balloons.  Everywhere. Attached to kids’ strollers, gripped by toddlers, tied to adults.  A sea of pink & green balloons. Of course, this piqued the interest of my 12-year old granddaughter Taylor and 10-year old grandson Andrew.  Where’s everyone getting these balloons?

Ah, ha! It was Andrew who noted the name on the balloons and used his uncanny kid ability to spot something FREE.

What?!

Yes!

A new Yogurtland in Harvard Square was giving away FREE yogurt… but really, more of a Yogurtland experience.  Truth be told, I love frozen yogurt. It’s my fave treat.  But I had never heard of Yogurtland.

Of course (with my adult sensibility and all), I was thinking itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny cups of taste. Wow, was I wrong…

I know “mini”. This was no mini. This was a full, honest-to-goodness cup ‘o plenty to fill with all the deliciousness and fun waiting inside…

The soothing color scheme.  The signage.  The happy, happy Yogurtland employees.  The sounds of happy, happy people.  The ease of maneuvering the process of getting the perfect, individual yogurt treat…

And here’s my guy with the keen eye for something very, very special – Andrew!

The rest of us thoroughly enjoying the fun, too…

Every topping imaginable to put on every yogurt flavor you could wish for…

A little feedback!

Oh, and an awesome Photo Booth op, too…

I’ll say it again – Yogurtland (@Yogurtland) was a very, very good find!

I love very, very good finds.

Its marketing strategy is right-on perfect.

There were nothing but smiles on everyone, all-around, including us…

And we will be back!

How perfect! We went to a Yogurtland last year and I was in love! We have Pinkberry close, so I go there more frequently, but the DIY of this place makes it super appealing! Great find- and AWESOME photos!!! <3
