Pampering yourself while you’re pregnant is something you should really try to do. Being pregnant is a VERY exciting time in your life, but it also can take a pretty massive toll on your body. Your body changes dramatically in 40 weeks. Your body gets tired more. And (the biggest difference) your body is carrying around a good amount of extra weight. You need to make sure you’re giving yourself the time to relax, kick back and be pampered because it’s essential and important for you physically, mentally and emotionally.

Believe me, I’m pregnant with my 5th baby right now, I know “pampering yourself” is not the easiest thing to do. You’re busy. You’re working. You’re caring after other kids. You’re just non-stop with a ton of other things in your life. I get it. BUT! And this is a BIG BUT, you need to make sure you’re finding easy ways to do it because you will certainly feel the beautiful-effects.
