Daily Diary: A Sunday Crowning of the Statue with William

Daily Diary: A Sunday Crowning of the Statue with William

Yesterday William had his Crowning of the Statue Ceremony at church. It was his final mass in the process of completing his 1st Communion. All the kids were required to get dresses back up again in their 1st Communion clothing ad head to church for this special ceremony.

It was a beautiful mass. It was peaceful. It was calming. It was wonderful to see the ceremony of the crowning… and I loved that my son got to experience it. They had all the 1st Communion kids march down with flowers to place in front of Mary, and I caught this quick shot of William walking down the aisle.

He was so serious about it, it was too cute.

It was just a beautiful mass that I was so happy he got to be part of yesterday.

As you’re prepping for First Communion, here is where to buy Catholic First Communion Dresses.
