Sit-a-Thon for Belle at La-Z-Boy in Warwick, RI

The Rhody Bloggers for Good and La-Z-Boy of Warwick are holding a sit-a-thon fundraiser, to raise money for local friend, blogger and community member’s daughter, Belle Bradley.

Belle, at 2 ½ years old, was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in December of 2012. She will endure spinal taps, platelet transfusions and chemotherapy treatments for the next 2 ½ years, as she strives to maintain remission. We are raising money to help her family pay for the abundance of medical bills that will come their way.

The sit-a-thon event will run for 48 straight hours, from April 5-7th, at La-Z-Boy in Warwick, RI, and aside from local bloggers “sitting” to raise funds, there will be family and children activities going on throughout the weekend (during day hours), including: Roger Williams Zoomobile, Providence BYOI Improv Group, bake sale, raffle, collaborative outdoor yard sale, kids movies + popcorn, crafting tables, face-painting, and more!
