We’ve had a few days of delightful spring weather here in Rhode Island – beautiful blue skies, warm temps and budding trees. I am LOVING it. I can’t believe it’s already almost May… because that means we’re so close to summer, my favorite season!

This is the time of year when I start to change up my beauty regimen a bit. Actually, I guess it would be more accurate to say it’s when I start adding to my beauty regimen. I stay bundled up in the winter, so once it starts getting warmer and I trade in my cozy socks and boots for sandals, I like to start getting pedicures fairly regularly. And while I’m at the salon, I usually go for a manicure, too. Why not, right!?

I also like to get a few extra highlights in my hair this time of year. It reminds me of when I was a little girl and my hair would naturally get super light in the summer. Now I just need a little help from my hair stylist. 😉
