Bounty DuraTowel Cleaning up Messes at Housewares Show
The best part of this Housewares Show is seeing people come to the Bounty booth and be blown away by the durability, strength and quality of the new Bounty DuraTowel.
It’s truly the best part for me.
Every consumer I’ve gotten the chance to speak with at our Bounty booth is just like me… they’ve got paper towels, sponges or dish clothes in their home and they use them daily. Whether it’s cleaning up spills on the counter, messes on the appliances, drops of this or that on the floor… whatever it is, something is needed to clean it up. The Bounty DuraTowel is the towel you NEED to clean up and feel assured that you aren’t spreading germs or cross contamination from a cloth or a sponge.

Today Chef Stephanie Izard, Dr. Elizabeth Scott and Gregg Weaver demo’d the amazingness of Bounty DuraTowel, and just like yesterday… they opened people’s eyes… and WIDE.
Chef Izard and Dr. Elizabeth Scott did a kitchen demo together and it really was a wonderful way to demonstrate the need of Bounty DuraTowel right in the kitchen! They performed a simple cooking demonstration to show people just how east germs can spread (and quickly!). Chef Izard showed ways to prep food in safe ways and Dr. Scott explained safe ways to make sure your kitchen is clean and full-proof of cross contamination and bacteria spreading. They both discussed how Bounty DuraTowel is the BEST way to go in the kitchen with cleaning up messes and making sure all of your countertops and appliances are cleaned after use. It was wonderful hearing 2 experts in their fields showing and explaining that cleaning up with dishcloths just isn’t the way to go.
Gregg Weaver a P&G Research and Development Engineer for Family Care then showed how we easily cross contaminate with dishcloths without even thinking about it… with having it just sit on the counter, it’s scary to see how many people come in contact with it and just how many things it touches. It was disgusting to see what can be traced and spread throughout the kitchen.
So Bounty DuraTowel… you will be a new best friend to many in the kitchen!
As a mom to 4 little boys, I know a thing or two about messes.
It’s either ketchup or syrup or yogurt or something sticky on the counter, I feel confident that cleaning up with Bounty DuraTowels is the only safe way to go. I don’t want any bacteria spreading to make me, my husband or any of my children sick.
