5 Things I Know About BOYS
Being the mom of 4 boys, I’m going to go out on a limb here and actually say that I’m an expert of sorts at raising boys.
I’ve known nothing different throughout my 8 1/2 years as a mom… just boy, boy, boy and then another boy.
Last night we were out to dinner and the table next to us had 4 girls.
We laughed with the parents saying that the restaurant hostess saw 4 kids in each party and immediately sat us both in the same section.
As I sat there watching my 4 sons, and those 4 girls… it got me thinking, “I really don’t know that much about raising anything other than a son.”
I know boys, what can I say.
Here are 5 Things I Know About BOYS (OK, my boys):
1. They don’t aim at the toilet when they pee. I’m convinced they decide to drive me crazy and keep my on my toes by peeing everywhere else around the toilet but in it.
2. They would wear the same clothes (OK, Henry and Ben) for days upon days unless I reminded them to change.
3. I don’t know what it is they do to socks, but they get more holes in them than ANYTHING! I’m constantly switching out socks.
4. Drinks and food in the house always, always, always need to be replaced, well… restocked. 🙂
5. They love their moms more than anything in the world… and it’s the best thing on the planet. I like to say, their love is the closet to thing to heaven on earth.
I have 2 boys and when they drive me crazy, I call my best friend from high school who has 2 girls. In about 2 seconds I am thankful that I never had girls 🙂

–YEP!!
Also, they will sleep with their trains, cars, trucks, or whatever wheeled toy they adore!
