I had the honor to speak today as the Keynote Speaker at our local Rhode Island Go Red Luncheon.
It meant the world to me because I got the chance to acknowledge my grandfather who passed away from heart disease in 1975, leaving my grandma a widow at 49 years old and my mother without a father at 22 years old.
It meant the world to me to have them in the audience watching me speak.
It also was wonderful to wear my RED and GO RED with my family.
It’s so powerful.
So today… GO RED.
