It’s breathable 100% cotton jersey, knit good and heavy like the authentic rugby shirts from way back when. It’s garment washed so the fabric is softened up, broken in but not broken down. (Garment washing minimizes shrinkage too, so there’s no need to size up.) As for features, we include a slew of neat stuff. Like game-inspired rubber buttons, twill collar and covered placket. Also quilted elbow pads, nicely finished tennis tails with twill-taped side vents, long sleeve with rib-knit cuffs. We even match the stripes at the front and sides, just one more example of our obsession for perfection. By the way, the stripes are yarn-dyed to look crisper and last longer. Machine wash.
