I try to get my exercise first thing in the morning so I start the day off right

joined into a challenge at a gym, it has been amazing !!! you have to complete exercises and hand food journal in, very motivating !!!

Oh and I have been going to bootcamp 3 days a week at 5:30am for about 4 months. It really helps to have it done wiht early so I don’t procrastinate. And having others to be accountable to really helps with motivation!!
I try to walk more than usual, and I park as far away from a store entrance as possible, which gives me more walking and less dings in the car door.
I would love a fit bit- my friend has one and loves hers!!

I try to eat healthy most fays so I can enjoy a sweet yummy holiday treat with less guilt!

I usually try to eat healthy during the day if I know I’m going to a holiday party in the afternoon/evening. This fitbit would be great at making sure I keep active too! 🙂
I try and watch my carb and sweet intake and do cardio at least 3 times a week, while remaining active and walking as many places I can instead of driving.
