Why you should shop LOCAL on Small Business Saturday

My father has been a small business owner since 1980. He started a printing company called Barrington Printing and over the last 32 years has grown it into a very successful local printing company. I’ve always been so proud of my father. I’ve also been VERY aware of shopping and supporting local businesses my whole life BECAUSE of my father.

It’s important. It’s essential. It’s a wonderful thing to do.

Whenever someone starts a business, regardless of what it is… it always begins with a dream.

Many times it’s a dream and true-and-utter faith that all will be well and all will be successful.

It is one of the most stressful things in the world starting your own business. Even myself with my blogging business, I don’t have a set salary each month. I don’t know where and how my income is going to come from on a regular basis… all I can do is work hard.

On a day like today… Small Business Saturday, I URGE you to shop local today.

It’s so important to support small businesses.
