What Cardi’s Furniture did for Hurricane Sandy victims

I wanted to say thank you to the Cardi’s brothers for organizing such a tremendous drive to help those who suffered the worst from Hurricane Sandy.

As soon as I heard they had set up donation centers at a few of their stores on Friday, November 9th… I had my whole entire family scour their homes for goods to donate – clothing, bottles, water, toiletries, toys, books, etc.

When we pulled up in our own McClelland-Couto 4 car caravan, there was a line of about 20 cars deep waiting to drop off goods. It made me tear up to see the community come together.
