8 Reasons Why I Will NOT be Out Shopping on Black Friday at 3AM

8 Reasons Why I Will NOT be Out Shopping on Black Friday at 3AM.

There was once a time when I would wake up at 2AM and brave the cold for some really good Black Friday deals.

Now?

Um, yeah… no thank you.

Maybe because I’m older, or maybe because I’m getting to be a more smart shopper. My Black Friday shopping consists of me sitting on my couch scouring the best deals online, not in the actual stores.

I’ve become a Black Friday shopping at home and I love it. I will not (at all) be OUT on Black Friday braving the cold and the lines for anything…. good. 🙂

15 Reasons Why I Will NOT be Out Shopping on Black Friday:

1) I don’t want to wait out in the cold.
2) I don’t want to deal with the lines getting into the stores.
3) I don’t want to deal with the lines once I’m in the stores.
4) I don’t like seeing people argue or fight over products/sales/deals. I witnessed 2 mothers going at it 3 years ago in a Toys R Us line and it was just awful.
5) I don’t like waking up at 3AM (or earlier).
6) I don’t need anything (this year) that bad enough to actually participate in Black Friday in-store sales at 3AM.
7) I don’t like being bundled up outside and then walking into the store and literally stripping down because it’s so HOT.
8) I don’t like seeing the competitiveness of people.

I love a good deal like everybody else, but there are times I have to draw the line.

Happy Thanksgiving Audrey! I’m with you! Shopping for deals at home is the way to go. Already bought a printer and boots with early black Friday online deals 🙂
