I love shoes.

I mean, I LOVE shoes.

My sons… they seem to take right after their mother!  They love shoes, too.

Yesterday I brought them on a shopping trip to Stride Rite at our local mall to get new sneakers and shoes.  With 4 sons, everyone always seems to need something else.  My William needed “dress shoe” (what he kept calling them).  My Alex, Ben and Henry all needed sneakers.  As soon as we walked into the store, it was like they were in a candy store!  They were picking up everything and anything and asking they could “please get this, Mom!”

They were so excited… especially as soon as they saw the special collection of Marvel and Star Wars sneakers!

The manager of Stride Rite at our local store, Joan… was amazing.  She started off doing something that my sons had never had done before… officially measuring their feet!

We ended up with some shocking shoe measuring finds!

William is a size 3 1/2
Alex is a size 1 1/2
Ben is a size 2 (this shocked us!)
Henry is a size 12

And… Joan let us know that they are all measuring as having wide feet, which I had a feeling, but it was nice having it confirmed.

So the next part was the SUPER FUN PART for the boys! Picking out the shoes they wanted!

Henry chose Marvel’s HULK sneakers!

Ben feel in LOVE with the Star Wars Light Saber Sneakers!

Alex felt like a KING with this Marvel Captain America sneakers!

William decided to go more on the dressier side, picking out a pair of Sperry’s!

It was such a fun afternoon! Everyone left with a special shoe that they hand-picked out and I couldn’t have been happier!
