Tonight my sister will go to bed Jane Couto and tomorrow go to bed as Jane Govednik.

It’s crazy.

It’s awesome.

It’s very special.

11 years ago I was in the same situation.

I was going to bed Audrey Couto and going to bed the next night Audrey McClelland.

I’ll never forget the night before my wedding.  It was June 29, 2001.  I couldn’t sleep!  I was laying in bed wishing for the sun to come up.

I couldn’t wait to see Matt at the end of that aisle.

I couldn’t wait to see my family and friends.

I couldn’t wait to wear my dress!

I couldn’t wait to say “I do” and KISS!

I couldn’t wait for it all…

It’s tonight for my sister. Tonight is a night she will never forget. It’s the anticipation of tomorrow and the bridging together of futures. It’s a beautiful thing.
