I’m BEYOND excited to be working with Serta as one of their Blogger Ambassador’s this year!  I love Serta and was really anxious to get going on this campaign because my sons all NEEDED to mattresses very (very) badly.

You know, it’s funny… I never really took the time before to think about the kind of mattress I was sleeping on.  When my husband and I first moved to NYC in 2000, we bought a mattress from random store 2 blocks down because it was inexpensive, and we literally used it for the whole time we were in the City. Yup… 7 whole years. The mattress wasn’t comfortable, it gave us aches and pains and it was way, way too flat for us.  When we moved back to Rhode Island, we decided to get a new mattress, but still… we were more worried about price than comfort. Another (rookie) mistake. It wasn’t until most recently that we got ourselves “together” and received a Serta iComfort mattress. I thought it was time to get them each a mattress that was high quality and that would grow with them. I had the amazing opportunity to speak with a representative from Serta in trying to figure out what would be the best for my sons.  My main concern was comfort. She was excellent walking me through the options and giving me the pros and cons for different models for them. I felt so appreciative to have someone be my guide because I was clueless as to what to get them… truly!
