One of my favorite fitness bloggers, Renee Ross, frequently posts photos of herself post-workout.
In those photos, she always looks so happy, energized and invigorated. It reminds me that that’s how I feel after I work out, too.
Sometimes getting out of bed or off the couch or out of my comfy clothes to exercise can be tough.
But usually, having a visual reminder of how I will feel after I work out is a big motivator. So often I will go look on Renee’s Facebook page for inspiration.
After my 55-minute bike ride on my trainer today, I felt so happy, energized and invigorated that I had to take a photo!
Thanks, Renee, for the motivation! I’m on my way to being a fit bride!
Ok Jane…thanks for the push..I’m getting up early tomorrow to workout so that I can have a smile on my face as bright as yours.
Aw, I’m glad I can be a motivator! I will look to you for inspiration too because there are many days when I just don’t want to do it! But you are right, even if I have a bad workout I still feel better because I got it in!
