Monday Must-Have: UGGs

I know… I know… they’re so old-school and so last year, right? (I’ve been hearing that from many people lately.) But I just don’t agree… and think everyone’s wrong!

I’ll never forget the first time I saw a pair of UGGs. It was my first day on campus at Brown as a freshman and I saw this girl walking through the quad with a white dress and a pair of these tan boots. I couldn’t get over how “cool” she looked. Little did I know that they were called UGGs and they were total-fashion-craze on the west coast (where this girl was from).

And – of course, after seeing them – I needed to get a pair! Funny enough… me and that “girl” became best friends in college! And so, my love affair with UGGs began when I was in college. LOVED them… and I haven’t stopped.

I actually have a pair on today as I’m heading into NYC. (I want to bring the original UGG boot back!)

So today… because they are totally comfortable, totally cozy and totally fabulous… they’re my MUST HAVE on this Monday before Thanksgiving.
