Is this not the cutest? Most precious? Most adorable? Most must-needed Halloween item you’ve ever seen?

It’s funny, when I first walked into TJMaxx, I saw it on the rack as soon as I walked in.  It literally was right near the front door. I immediately smiled and thought to myself, “if I had a little girl with me… she’s go crazy over something like that!”

Almost on cue… a mom with her daughter came in behind me and she booked it over to the skirt.  It had that kind of appeal!

I had to snap a photo of it.

I’m telling you moms… this is a must-have… she can wear this every single day this FALL!
