Two years ago today Brian and I went on our first date.
He had told me he wanted to take me on his boat. I had asked him if he’d thought it would sink and he assured me it wouldn’t.
We had a fantastic evening, taking a boat ride on Bristol Harbor to Prudence Island… then having a nice dinner at Aidan’s.
When I got home that night, we were chatting on Gchat for a bit.
I said: thanks again for taking me to Prudence Island and not sinking your boat
Brian said: I would not trade the night for anything. It was perfect.
(Yes, I keep our Gchats archived because they make me smile.)
It was perfect, and the last 2 years have been, too.
