Magnificent Baby is proud to announce that its Fall 2011 collection, designed in collaboration with AListMom.com’s Elina Furman, is hitting store shelves across the country the week of July 25, 2011!

The boy’s and girl’s magnetic-fastening layette collection was named a finalist in the NYIGF Winter ‘11 Best New Product Awards competition for the Baby & Child division.

The idea for a collaboration was conceived when Furman was first introduced to Magnificent Baby at ENK in January 2010 and loved its innovative concept. “I knew that this was a company whose products would benefit my readers tremendously. Having been in the industry for over 15 years and as a mother myself, I was intrigued with the idea of having a direct hand in bringing to market a collection that merges high function with high fashion.”

The collaboration of a mommy-geared website with a layette brand is unique and taps the web-savvy mom consumer. From the moms who start a family blog to major national sites like A-List Mom, moms are constantly providing and consuming information about what’s new, what’s cool, what brands they like and what products they love.
