Home Depot: Waiting for Carpet Installers – Webisode #5

Customer service is a HUGE component of someone either loving their experience or hating their experience with a company.

I take customer service very seriously because I want to be heard and cared about by a brand or company I’m working with or (better yet) dealing with for something to do with my family and home.

In continuing my Home Depot webisode series on the carpeting of my home, I wanted to share a little something that I felt just went that extra mile for me, as the customer…

I truly was just blown away by this small, but really BIG deal in reaching out to the customer to make them feel safe and in good hands.

Thank you so much, Home Depot! As I know many moms are usually the ones home throughout the day waiting for the installation and delivery teams.

Well done!

I love this! Thank you for sharing it. You’re absolutely right, the quality of customer service can absolutely make or break a company for me. I’m so impressed that Home Depot is doing this. It really shows they are considerate the needs of moms (some of their biggest customers, I’m sure).
