Henry’s 3 years old and he FINALLY has a Baby Book!
Sad, but true.
I do have an excuse. When Henry was born, William was 3, Alexander was 2 and Ben was 13 months. And I… I was living under a rock! I didn’t know what end was up, never mind updating a baby book every single day/week/month. But what kills me is that William has 3 journals from my pregnancy, a Baby Book and a Baby Journal. Alexander has a Baby Book and a scrapbook. And Benjamin has a journal and a Baby Book. Oh, yes… William makes out like a bandit. But then again, he was my first and I had nothing else going on.
And so for the last 36 months I have kicked myself that I haven’t just gotten on the ball and grabbed a friggin Baby Book… and (it was kismet) then I saw a post on Cool Mom Picks about the Mom’s Five-Second Memory Journal.
And enough was enough, I ordered it.
It came today.
It’s filled with quick and easy prompts for me to add info for my Henry… and he will finally have something that’s his someday.
All is right with the world now. 🙂
