We seem to get a lot of conflicting advice about what’s good and what’s bad for us, what would should eat and what we shouldn’t eat, what we need more of and what we need less of.

Sometimes – actually, a lot of times – the information changes after we’ve been told something is good (or bad) for a number of years. It can all be very confusing.

Given all the sometimes conflicting information we’re given, I’m surprised any of us are willing to eat anything other than the food we grow in our own untouched gardens, wear anything other than what we make from the untouched wool of sheep we’ve raised, wash ourselves with organic soap we’ve handmade at ourselves, or, gosh, even leave the house.

But for most, that’s just not a feasible way to live. Like many people, I do my best to make healthy choices, but no matter what we do, there will always be that sneak into our environment beyond our control.

So unless we were to live in a bubble, we all have to make choices based on what we feel is best for us. When it comes to personal care products, I’m happy to have been given the chance to become so acquainted with Puristics as a spokesperson for the company.

If given the choice, why wouldn’t I want to use personal care products that use only pure ingredients, but are just as effective as the products I’ve used in the past?
