Emeril’s Table will join the line-up on the Hallmark Channel this fall, which I’m super excited about because I’ve always been a fan of 1) Hallmark Channel 2) Emeril Lagasse.

So I jumped at the chance when Emeril’s Table reached out to me and some of my blogging friends to see if we would like to be (actual) guests at “Emeril’s Table.” Everyone that knows me in real life knows I’m not one who is normally comfortable in the kitchen (I wish I was!), it all comes down to Matt. He’s a magician (he will love that I am calling him this) in the kitchen and has the ability to toss together a gorgeous meal without breaking a sweat!

I wanted to try and learn how to do that, so I figured the best of the best could teach me a few things (right, Emeril?).

Vera, Colleen, Whitney and Dana joined me at Emeril’s Table and we had a B-L-A-S-T!

The kitchen was amazing to be in, it was so neat and so clean and so gorgeous!

The day was all about chicken and how to make quick, easy and doable recipes with it!

Another cool part about our day, Emeril shares a set with Martha Stewart (since she’s on hiatus), and Martha had some of her Emmy awards out in the green room… which, of course, we posed with…
