I’m super excited to announce that I’ve been asked to be a part of the My Life on Points Program from American Express. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be redeeming 150,000 American Express Membership Rewards points to select from over one million rewards from over 500 brands. Oh, yes… 500 brands! There is merchandise and experiences that you can redeem with your points. As a digital mom, and being online so many hours throughout my day… I personally love that American Express Membership Rewards have a currency that facilitates real life social connections like concerts with friends and dinners with loved ones. They’re bringing experiences to people, as well as products. I love that.

It’s also cool that they have a new dedicated tab for Membership Rewards on the American Express Facebook page, where Cardmembers can share stories on what they were able to buy with their Membership Rewards points with their communities.

Starting next week I’ll be searching the 25,000 points level and making a list of my top 5 favorite finds. It will be hard to choose just five with everything from gift cards to trips. But I’m thinking of things that will actually be useful in my life… and for my life.
