Go Green with Staples

It’s Earth Month! It’s time for everyone to do their part in trying to make the earth a better place.

My husband has always been on the greener side of things, and it’s something that he has instilled in me and our sons.  I love that about him.  We do many things in our house to stay and remain green.

But what about outside of the home?  Or – for someone like me – even though I work from home, staying green for my business.

Staples has some incredible eco-friendly products right now that I have actually incorporated into my own in-home office, and I’m excited to pass along the information.

Here are some of my fave products for going Green with Staples

Staples’ Sustainable Earth Multi-Purpose Cleaner. It is an eco-conscious cleaner that was formulated in partnership with the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) exclusively for Staples and meets the Green Seal environmental standard for household cleaners. The cleaner is perfect for cleaning off a shelf or washing off kids’ finger prints from windows to help make your home feel fresh for spring.  It also helps to minimize environmental impact both in general and inside your home, leaving walls, countertops, desks, cabinets and other water-washable surfaces streak free, without the harsh chemical smell. I use this in my office all the time, clean my desktop, my windows and my hanging pictures.

Staples’ Sustainable Earth Brand Calculator that is made from recycled ink and toner cartridges that Staples collects from its customers as part of its Staples Rewards® program. It’s solar powered with battery backup.

Staples’ Bamboo USB Flash Drive that is made from recycled bamboo.  This is a great renewable resource.

Staples’ notebooks made from recycled sugarcane instead of paper from trees.
