Chatting with (the amazing) Dr. Michele Borba

I had the chance a couple of weeks ago to grab some time with Dr. Michele Borba about the eating habits of my sons and our dinnertime routines.  In my house right now, with my sons being 6, 5, 4 and 2… dinnertime is kind of a CRAZY time.  Everyone wants something different.  Everyone wants to rush through dinner.  And everyone seems to think dinner just magically appears on the table!

It was refreshing and SO NEEDED to chat with Dr. Borba because my challenges at dinnertime are these types of things:

1. How can I get the boys involved with the prepping of dinner?  Are they too young?

2. How can I get them to eat veggies (without knowing it!)?

3. Are there any activities I could be doing with the boys to get them excited about dinnertime and eating?

4. Picky Eaters – WHAT TO DO?

Dr. Borba gave me such great advice…

(We’re planning our garden now!)

Thank you to Ragu for making this happen and allowing me the time to chat with Dr. Borba! her advice was incredible!!
