Four years ago this week we launched our product review site for families called Pinks & Blues.
The site was focused around product reviews, with our personal blogs being more of secondary component.
But over the following months we learned that we had the unique opportunity to actually connect with our readers through our blogs, so we made them a bigger part of our site.
In mid-2008, as we were redesigning our site, we decided to rename it so it wasn’t so “just-moms-with-new-babies” sounding. We wanted to give it a name that captured all moms (even dog moms!).
And thus, Mom Generations was born.
We met so many wonderful bloggers early on… bloggers we are still close with today… and we have continued to make friends and develop partnerships with the amazing ladies (and men) in this wonderful community.
We wouldn’t be celebrating 4 years without our fabulous readers and friends, so thank you ALL for helping us get here!
A lot has changed over the past 4 years, but our gratitude remains strong. 🙂
I couldn’t be happier that I found your website two years ago. I love your moom like a sister and we’ve never even met in real life. That is something I want to remedy one day though. I feel like I know you girls through her. Happy Happy Anniversary and many more!!
